Worship with us 31st October

Worship with us 31st October

Hey there everyone!

I do trust your week has been richly blessed & you are praying for a return to the Guide Hall soon for worship.

That’s not happening this weekend…but let’s see what God & the Premier have in store for us as we move forward.

For now…make sure you have a home to gather in as a group.

If you’re still unsure…ring me & we’ll save you a space on our sofa!

We don’t want anyone sitting at home alone when we could enjoy the blessing of community worship with others of our Living Water Family.

Here’s the link to Sunday’s video:

And as always you can find all the worship material here:

Our 1:00 Zoom was lively today. I enjoy those immensely…If you haven’t made it to one yet…next week.

And…I’m still reading & meditating through Jeremiah…this contrast in Jeremiah 17:5-8 struck me earlier in the week:

This is what the Lord says:

“Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord.

They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future.

They will live in the barren wilderness, in an uninhabited salty land.

“But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.

They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water.

Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought.

Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.

My prayer for each of you is that God creates in you a heart that trusts in Him fully & completely so that you experience those blessings in abundance.

See you via the on-line worship time…and soon enough we’ll be back together as we are called to be!

John
