“When the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman…God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.”

 

It. Is. Time! Tonight is the time, the RIGHT TIME, to gather with your friends, family, neighbours, strangers & receive that gift of love, life, hope, peace, joy & salvation in the Son, Jesus Christ.

It. Is. Time! To step outside the fears & failings & frustrations of the past & stand boldly redeemed & loved in God’s presence alongside God’s people.

It. Is. Time! To make that last phone call, that invitation you’ve been putting off, that offer of a ride so someone who might otherwise be watching Netflix tonight is with you in worship.

 

Of course the restrictions are ramping up again. The world & its promises of safety & security are doubling down & we’ll do as we’ve always done…the faithful best we can while trusting the Greater Power & Refuge of the Father. Tonight, since we’re outside…we can sing, we can wear masks or not, we’ll sign in and keep our hands clean & protect the most vulnerable. Tomorrow & Sunday while we’re inside, we’ll slap our masks back on & sing seated. If you get filled to overflow with the Holy Ghost…we’ll make an exception 😉

 

7 p.m. tonight – Christmas Eve

9 a.m. tomorrow – Christmas Day

10 a.m. Sunday – 1^st Sunday of Christmas (Christmas is a season not just a day)
